Спасибо Mini Art порадовал, сервис на высоте, оперативно заменили неверно вложенные литники, в наборе 35124 вместо литника De был Dd. Высокий уровень моделей, высокий уровень сервиса, но есть еще над чем поработать ))) , упаковка требует совершенства.
Dear team of MinArt, your kit U.S. Army bulldozer is THE WORST KIT I HAVE EVER BUILT!!!!!!!!!! Every fu…ng tube bursts six times before I take it out of the box, and then three times, all cables, rods and levers, I had to replace the wire. I am so disappointed from this kit, that I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING MORE FROM YOUR COMPANY

Здравствуйте, подскажите пожалуйста, как мне поступить? приобрёл модель Т-44 арт. № 35193. При сборке обнаружил, что не хватает одного литника – Fj. В каталоге их должно быть 5 литников, а по факту в коробке лежало 4. Подскажите, что делать?
Mini Art все у вас хорошо и деталировка и пластик даже стал не сильно хрупкий, но упаковка полный отстой, все свалено в один пакет , мелкие детали если и не ломаются то гнутся, а в моем наборе 35124 ГАЗ АА еще и литники не те , вместо De лежит Dd, и как мне собирать ГАЗ АА по вашему мнению? Поменяйте.
